The motion compensated image sequence format converter 'HiCon' provides conversion between the different digital image sequence Standards.
This includes the world video standards like ATSC and DVB (e.g. HDTV) as well as the VESA graphic formats.
It supports the exchange between the different worlds of media using the popular AVI data format.
HiCon delivers flicker-free picture quality with smooth motion. DeInterlacing is performed preserving full spatial resolution without loss of image resolution.
HiCon generates required image rates with sufficient motion portrayal.
'HiCon³²' is developed as non-realtime stand alone software under windows
or as plug in for video tools in post-production. Image Sequences have to be buffered on computer memory (e.g. Harddisk).
